Family and portrait photography in Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath

Hi, I’m Lucy, and I’m a family photographer based at Paxcroft Farm in the village of Hilpteron, Wiltshire, not far from Bradford on Avon, Trowbridge, Bath and the Somerset border. I love to take simple and timeless portraits of babies, children and families.

My style of photography is simple and heartfelt, but with a relaxed approach. I aim for everyone who chooses me to be their photographer to feel happy and comfortable having their images taken, and I want you to feel really welcome when you come to see me. I’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect when you come and visit me in the studio.

I live a short drive from my studio with my partner and my two children, who have provided endless inspiration for my photography

About the studio

My photography studio is based at Paxcroft Farm in Hilperton, Wiltshire. The space is an accessible, comfortable space, and is perfect for children and  family groups. It’s the ideal size and space to offer everything needed for a studio, while being warm and welcoming!

How to find the studio

The studio is at 19B Paxcroft Farm, Hilperton, Wiltshire. The studio is in easy reach of the beautiful city of Bath, as well as lots of other locations in the South West of the UK. There is plenty of parking available directly outside of the studio, as well as ramp access available if needed.

To find me, follow the postcode BA14 6JB. When you turn into the farm, go through the gates and take the first left (you’ll see a white building in front of you with various business signs attached to it – turn left alongside this building). Carry straight on past the stables, garages and other units. The road bends round to the right slightly.  Turn left at the bottom of the road and park opposite unit 19B. 

The unit is located at the bottom of the development and faces the fields. 

Bookings

Please contact me by email or phone to discuss booking your session and for my availability. I generally book 4-6 weeks in advance, or sometimes longer in busier months such as near Christmas, so do get in contact as soon as you can if you’d like to book a session.

Please note, the studio is strictly by appointment only. Please contact me in advance if you would like to arrange a time to chat about booking a session, or about your upcoming session.

we had an amazing time with Lucy doing our photoshoot. She was so patient for Lola to feed and go back to sleep. it was very relaxed and calm and warm in the studio. The photos we ended up with were more then I imagined they would be. highly recommended Lucy. we will be coming back. Thank you Lucy!
